What I do
I have dietitian experience working with all ages, and can assist in meal planning for babies/toddlers and older adults. I can help with managing diabetes, kidney disease, heart disease, and weight management.
I evaluate each person individually and can provide an evidence-based and comprehensive plan you can follow for the longterm. Because there is no such thing as a diet - it is all about lifestyle changes to become the best version of you.
I am a fitness/wellness coach. I can set you up with an appropriate exercise program, nutrition program, supplements and accountability group.
About This Registered Dietitian-Nutritionist
My name is Corinne. I have been a dietitian for over 5 years, with experience in many different areas. I obtained my Bachelors Degree in Health Science-Nutrition from Keene State College. A few years later, I completed a Masters of Science degree in Nutrition from Logan University. I currently work part-time as a long term care dietitian.
I enjoy coming up with meals for my 2-year-old son. He has taught me patience when it comes to feeding children.
Food is medicine, and proper use of food is so important for the prevention and treatment of disease. I work with clients one-on-one to create a relationship, and work on goals together. Goal-setting should be realistic, and I do not believe in over-restricting oneself to obtain goals.

Steps to Achieving Your Goals
1. Contact
Send me your name, contact information, and a description of what you are looking for. I will then be able to schedule the initial assessment.
2. Interview
Over the phone, or via Facetime, I will ask you some questions about your food intake and habits. We can also talk about any struggles you may have had in the past when trying to reach nutrition/fitness goals. This interview should last about an hour.*
3. Check-Ins
Toward the end of the interview, we will come up with some goals and a plan. We candetermine how often check-ins are needed, and what kind of package may work for you.
4. Follow-up and Monitoring
Accountability with check-ups, along with tips or setting you up with a community of people on the same track as you.
5. Ongoing Communication
Check-ins will be frequent at first - a few times a week. As you reach your goals, I will step back to let you lead your own way. I will keep in touch for as long as you need! You should always continue to make goals for yourself, and I can help guide you through as much or as little as you’d like.
*There will be a fee for the Initial Interview, charged the morning of this scheduled interview. There will also be a fee for follow-ups, which can go as long as you need.*
